Refund and Returns Policy

At Cashew Organic, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 7 days to return a product from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take a few business days to process.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
